Diamond Apophyllite forms through a unique geological process. It's a type of zeolite mineral that often develops in cavities or voids within volcanic rock formations. As lava cools, gases and fluids trapped within it start to escape, leaving behind cavities. Over time, these cavities become lined with minerals, and if conditions are right, Apophyllite crystals can grow within them. The name "Diamond Apophyllite" is derived from its sparkling appearance and the shape of its crystals, which can resemble diamond facets.
